Fear is irrelevant

Fear is irrelevant.
You're not afraid of heights, you're just afraid of falling.
not afraid of dogs alone but you associate it with bite and pain.
not afraid of darkness but what lies beneath it.
not afraid of close corners but fear of no escape within it.
not afraid of spiders but the poison that might kill you.

You fear not death but losing everything you have.
not rejection but the feeling of worthlessness.
not failure alone but the stigma attached to it.
not loving enough but more of the fear of losing that someone...

Fear is just a word. Irrelevant, a burden to our lives.
You fear something not because of it alone.
Fear encompasses more than one aspect, more than our inner unresolved conflicts.

Everyday, we look forward and live but fear holds us back, inhibits us from achieving our optimum potentials.
Up to this very moment, it remains a constant dilemma, unwavering, unending to every single one of us...but somehow these fears make us humans....

HUMAN ENOUGH TO LET US ADMIT THAT WE BLEED AND WE'RE VULNERABLE....

Human enough to make us realize our self worth....
Human enough to mark the boundaries of our limitations...
Just human enough to constantly remind us that we can't do anything without God.
...we plead for his guidance and strength...
Fear that make us kneel, bow down our heads putting our hands together to pray because we frail humans can't do it alone....
God tells us to fear him alone and nothing else because he's always just behind us, just steps behind or even carrying us when we can't fight these fears no more...

But sin crept in our souls then we lost our faith that's how fear was born..out of the roots of sin..out of the guilt that bruises our hearts...

There will always be human fear but let it not cloud your spirits.
Let God's love and your faith be stronger!
